New consultants often think sponsoring is something only experienced people should do; that they should become skilled at selling and booking before sharing the opportunity with others. Nothing could be further from the truth! Why? Because brand new consultants are the most excited people! You have just found a great way to earn extra money and you’re getting free products and having fun. Why wouldn’t you want to share that enthusiasm and excitement with everyone you meet?

Sponsoring is merely having a positive attitude and expectancy. Sharing our opportunity and sponsoring new team members is the most rewarding part of the business, both personally and financially. When we truly believe that we have the best product, the most fantastic host program and the most lucrative income-earning opportunity in the industry, we can’t help but share it with others!

So, how do you find leads at your first few Jordan Parties? It’s easy! Just share your story in your introduction. Keep it simple, relatable and short – no more than a couple minutes in length. Tell your guests a little bit about yourself and how you became involved with Jordan Essentials and what you love about being a Jordie.

Always ask your Host!

Being a Jordie isn’t for everyone, but it can be for anyone who wants to be a Jordan Essentials Consultant or who needs to be one. Your job, as a new Jordie is to offer an invitation to learn more, and it’s their job to decide what’s best for them.

Your Host is a great first potential new team member. She must have connected with you because she booked with you and she probably loves our products (who doesn’t?!?) so ask her if she’s like more info about becoming a Jordie. You can say/message something like this:

“I’m so excited about being a Jordie and sharing these products and I wonder if you’d like more information about becoming a Jordan Essentials Consultant, too?” If she says yes, great! Let her know you’re still pretty new at this and will set up a time to include your upline sponsor to answer her questions.

If she says no, thank her for her honesty.

“Thank you so much for being honest. This business isn’t for everyone but it can be for anyone who wants it or needs it. If you’re not interested in being a Jordie, hopefully you’ll join my VIP group once your event is over so I can stay in touch and keep you up to date with all the Jordan Essentials specials, etc.”

Your goal is not necessarily to find people who want to join, but people who want information. You’ll want to create sponsoring packets to hand out to leads you meet in person. For online sharing, we have online documents for that as well!

Sponsoring packets should include:

Always be sure to include your contact information.

At the end of the day, your main job is to create interest.

Congratulations! You have completed your 5 Steps to Success!
