How To Use Dry Brush:
For optimal benefits, dry brush 2–3 times per week before your shower.
1. Make sure your skin is completely dry, and always brush toward your heart to support healthy lymphatic flow.
2. Start at your feet, using long, sweeping strokes up toward your knees, then continue up to your thighs.
3. Move to your hands, brushing upward toward your shoulders.
4. Around joints (like knees and elbows), switch to shorter strokes or small circular motions.
5. Use clockwise circles on your abdomen, and upward strokes on your back.
